Representing a Tenant in an Eviction

This training on Representing a Tenant in an Eviction intends to give a broad overview on Landlord-Tenant Act and Mobile Home Act. The training will provide a general overview of Florida law pertaining to eviction process for residential and mobile home owners and rent deposit statute. We were awarded 1.50 General CLER credits for the training and those credits will expire on February 11, 2011. The Course number is 4490-9.
