Welcome to the website of The Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar Association, Inc.

We provide free quality legal help to low-income families and abused and neglected children.

Our team of dedicated staff, local volunteer attorneys and non-attorneys allows us to offer a broad range of legal services including family, juvenile, consumer, housing, health, public benefits and immigration law.

We build a stronger community by providing safety and stability, and equal access to the judicial system for the disadvantaged in Orange County, Florida. We work with many other social service agencies and are a key component in their provision of services.

MISSION

The primary purpose of the Legal Aid Society is to provide quality legal services for the low-income residents, the working poor, children and disadvantaged groups with special legal needs in Orange County, Florida, and to assist in providing legal aid services to similarly situated residents of neighboring counties through an effective and fiscally sound program through the combined efforts of staff and pro bono attorneys.
